Rental rates and arrangements for the Crocker Tavern House vary by the season. During Active Season the minimum rental period is one week (Saturday to Saturday). In Middle Season and Quiet Season the Tavern House can be rented at reduced rates and for shorter durations, and by smaller groups not requiring full occupancy.
